Fiery Korean tempeh bap

We call this the Fiery Friday bap! For day 5 of the "tempeh sandwich a day" 
We marinated the tempeh in Korean BBQ sauce and fried it for a few mins each side, added to a floury @sainsburys brown roll, watercress and rocket salad, radish and a lemon juice vegan mayo from chippa. Happy Friday everyone I hope you're all staying dry!


*Brown flour rolls
*Watercress and rocket salad
*Radish slices
*Lemon juice
*Vegan Mayo
*Gochujang Korean BBQ sauce
*50g Tempeh

1. Slice your tempeh and add a little oil to a pan and fry your tempeh lightly then using the BBQ sauce brush lightly whilst still cooking to seal in that flavour
2. Slice your radish and add your salad items to the roll and add your tempeh
3. Drizzle with a little vegan mayo and a sprinkle of lemon juice
