TLT (Tempeh, lettuce & Tomato)

Its sandwich week here at impulse HQ and we have a whole week in store of delicious sandwiches for a quick, easy and tasty lunch.


  • Gluten free bread

  • Dairy free butter

  • Tomato

  • Lettuce

  • Avocado (optional)

  • 100g fried tempeh in a little coconut oil in slices

  • Vegan mayo (optional)

    1. Slice up all your items and thinly add the diary free butter to your bread, lightly fry or grill your tempeh till crispy on each side, this shouldn’t be more than 3 mins each side. Voila! a 1 step recipe - can it be easier than that and more nutritious?
