Grilled Tempeh with Swede Mash & Greens

A vegetarian classic take on the ‘Meat and two veg’, Even your most veggie fearing friend will enjoy this simple yet filling dish with the added bonus of being high in protein, gluten free and delicious!


* 2 Large carrots diced
* 1 swede peeled and diced
* 2 tbsp dairy free milk
* salt and pepper
* 200g tempeh sliced
* Gluten free gravy granules
* Broccoli


1) Bring a large pan to the boil and add your swede and onion and leave to boil till soft
2) Bring a large frying pan to heat with a little oil and add your tempeh to be cooked on both sides till crispy
3) 5 mins before your carrots are ready, add a steamer on top with the broccoli
4) Drain the carrots and swede and mash with black pepper and milk
5) Serve together with a jug of gravy
