Tempeh christmas sub

The sandwich must be one of the most versatile foods on the planet, you’re able to put pretty much anything between bread and it’s a sandwich! So why not add a little Christmas to your weekly lunch on the lead up to the big day and stay full with this tempeh sub with cranberry sauce and delicious stuffing balls.


* 1 bake in the oven baguette
* 3 tbsp cranberry sauce
* 3-4 slices of tempeh
* olive oil


1) Heat the oven and pat the bread roll with a little water and bake as per instructions
2) Once your bread roll is baked, leave it a moment to cool then cut lengthways
3) Add in your cranberry sauce and stuffing balls
4) Gently fry or grill your tempeh on both sides till crispy and pop into your baguette and serve
