Grilled Tempeh with rainbow tomatoes

Is there anything more beautiful than a basket of rainbow tomatoes in the summer time? We think not, so that's why we created this delicious and bright bowl of simply grilled organic tempeh with rainbow tomato salad.


  • 200g tempeh, sliced (any flavour)
  • Cucumbers sliced
  • Fresh rainbow tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Vegan mayo (we used whey-o)

1) Heat up a grill pan and lightly fry the tempeh on both sides for a few minutes till slightly turning brown

2) Slice your tomatoes and cucumbers and place in a bowl

3) Serve with the warm tempeh sliced and some vegan mayonnaise! so simple yet high in protein and delicious.
