Turmeric Tempeh Slices

Not so much a recipe as the worlds quickest and delicious snack that you need to keep in your fridge at all times. High in protein, naturally gluten free, processed sugar free and dairy free but nutritionally dense.

Perfect for a quick snack, add to a sandwich, wrap or salad.


  1. Slice your tempeh into thin slices and sprinkle with ground turmeric

  2. Gently shallow fry for 2-3 mins each side in your desired oil till golden on each side.

  3. Leave to cool for a moment and eat as is or add to a salad, wrap or sandwich.
