Garlic Kale with Tempeh

Looking for a quick and simple Thursday night dish?

Try this garlic steamed kale with lemon juice & toasted pine nuts teamed with our chilled original classic #tempeh gently fried.👌🌱 

Ingredients:

* 200g Tempeh
* Kale - hard stalks removed
* 2 cloves garlic
* 1/2 juice lemon
* 4 tbsp toasted pine nuts

Method:

1) Wash and pat dry the kale
2) Heat a frying pan with a little oil and add the tempeh chunks and brown on all sides
3) Heat a large pan of water and add the kale in a steamer above
4) When the tempeh is almost cooked add the garlic (minced) to the pan but be careful not to burn it
5) Remove the kale and add to a large salad bowl, add the tempeh and mixed together and rub the kale with the lemon juice
6) Sprinkle with some gently toasted pine nuts
