Baked garlic and herb tempeh buddha bowls

These tempeh buddha bowls are one of our favourite. One of the good things about tempeh is it goes with just about anything! So this is a perfect meal to throw together.

We added:

🌱grated carrot & black sesame seeds
🌱garlic green lentils
🌱cumin spiced roasted broccoli & cauliflower
🌱chilli jam
🌱baked lemon and sesame oil tempeh

To cook your tempeh:

1) Chop your tempeh into bite sized chunks
2) Sprinkle with a little olive (or other) oil
3) Add your tempeh to a baking tray and pop into a preheated oven for 20-30 mins at 200 or until crispy, turning every 5 minutes for an even bake
