Do you ever see those free magazines in the supermarkets? You don’t need to follow them step by step, that’s what we love to do here at Impulse HQ…We take a simple, classic recipe and adjust it so we can enjoy our delicious tempeh!

This recipe is from the May edition Asda food magazine. Seasonal food at it’s best with a twist by adding tempeh instead of meat or tofu.

1) Sweet beetroot, cubed
2) Soy unsweetend yogurt
3) Fresh dill
4) Roasted baby potatoes
5) Roasted sweet potato
6) Lettuce / greens
7) Grilled tempeh
